You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. Custom or personalized products (embossed, engraved or custom printouts) are not eligible for return unless a spelling error was made by the TinyTracker team and differs from the customer’s provided information at the time of order placement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/email or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, email orders@thetinytracker.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to the TinyTracker without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right. If your product is damaged, please email orders@thetinytracker.com within 14 days of your purchase with proof of damages. With proper assessment of the damage, a refund or replacement order will be issued to the customer on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds on your debit or credit card to appear in your account.


Non-returnable items

Due to the deeply discounted price and customer acknowledgment that Oopsie or Barely Blemished products may have scratches, stains, blemishes, or other defects, we cannot accept returns on Oopsie or Barely Blemished products, sale items, or gift cards. All sales are final, (non-returnable, non-exchangeable) on all Oopsie and Barely Blemished products. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind, it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
