A flexible daily framework including feedings, purposeful play, two naps during the day, with a stress-free (and hopefully tear-free) bedtime followed by 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep (or quiet restful play) in baby’s own crib at night.

Do I really need a sleep consultant?

No, not really. Parents have been teaching their children to sleep for hundreds of thousands of years (some more easy than others).
